Rates

From what age are children considered as adults?

Up to what age is a child considered an infant and do they have to pay?

Babies are considered as such when they are under 3 years old.
From 3 years old and over, the child rate will be applied.

For all lunch/dinner cruises, if the baby does not eat, he does not pay.
For excursions, we charge the baby's place at the child rate because the law requires us to put a special seat for babies in our vehicle.
For all our other products, please contact us during agency opening hours by telephone, email or Whatsapp.

Do you accept holiday vouchers, gift certificates, Groupon coupons?

No, we do not accept this type of payment. We accept payments in cash, credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), and checks. For larger amounts, bank transfers may be accepted.

Yes, you can call us during the agency's opening hours to pay for your reservation with our teams. This payment method is secure.

Excursions

Where do your excursions depart from?

With the exception of our private tours which depart from the address chosen by you, please note that all our excursions depart from our agency at 6, rue de l'amiral de Coligny 75001 Paris (Metro Louvre-Rivoli line 1). A map is provided on the voucher you will receive.

At what time do the excursions depart and what time do we return to Paris?

The times of our excursions are indicated on the dedicated page of our website https://www.francetourisme.fr/en/tour-day-trip-france.html. You can also check the departure time indicated on your voucher.
For the return, it all depends on the duration of your excursion and the traffic on the road.

Are there stops along the way?

Yes, of course. For full-day excursions, there's a break on the way and another on the return. For half-day excursions, our drivers/guides usually don't make stops (journeys under 1h30) unless absolutely necessary.

Are the excursions accessible for people with reduced mobility, in a wheelchair, or with a stroller?

We do our best to make our excursions accessible to as many people as possible.
We have vehicles that allow us to transport wheelchairs and strollers as long as they are foldable. However, we do not have wheelchairs or strollers at our disposal. If you bring your own equipment, please let us know and indicate it in the "Remarks" field of the form when making your reservation.

Please note that we cannot transport any type of luggage, even small ones, during our excursions (except for our 2-day private tours). We recommend bringing a backpack for the excursions.

Is there a minimum number of participants for the excursions?

Yes, we guarantee half-day tours (Giverny, Versailles, Fontainebleau) from 4 adults. For full-day excursions (Mont Saint Michel, Bruges, Châteaux de la Loire, Normandy, Reims), we guarantee the tour from 5 adults.

What's the difference between the €125 excursion and the €140 one?

The price of €125 corresponds to a bus departure (57 seats). The price of €140 guarantees you a minibus tour (group of 8 people).

Do you offer hotel pick-up/drop-off and airport-hotel transfers?

Please note that we do not offer pick-up or drop-off at hotels, except for our private excursions (additional charge for addresses outside central Paris: airports, Disney, suburbs, etc).

What happens in case of delay?

We always recommend arriving 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. In case of delay, our drivers/guides will try to contact you via Whatsapp and will wait a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled departure time. After this time, if you haven't shown up, unfortunately, we cannot offer a reschedule or refund as per our general terms and conditions.
