DISCOVERY OF THE PARK AND GARDENS
Upon arrival, you will admire the elegant façade of the main entrance and its famous horseshoe staircase, the emblem of Fontainebleau. It is from the main courtyard that we will begin our visit to the park of the Castle.
Spread over 130 hectares, it is spread around four main courtyards and in the heart of three historic gardens, including the largest parterre in Europe (11 hectares), the work of André Le Nôtre.
Accompanied by our guide, you will discover the English Garden, planted with rare species and punctuated with statues, the Garden of Diana and the legend surrounding the waters of its fountain. It will take you to the Carp Pond Pavilion, where you can admire century-old carps!

After this morning devoted to the visit of Fontainebleau, we have planned a relaxing break, in a haven of peace on the banks of the Seine River.
You will have lunch on the terrace, by the water, in a calm and relaxing setting. In the shade of the parasols, you will taste a refined, traditional and contemporary cuisine, made with love from fresh products.
DISCOVERY OF THE FONTAINEBLEAU FOREST
At the beginning of the afternoon, we will reach the charming village of Barbizon, a famous village of painters... the most illustrious being Corot, Millet and Rousseau.
Located on the edge of the Fontainebleau forest, it is the ideal starting point for a stroll on a footpath, accompanied by our guide, to the Gorges of Apremont.
We have imagined a simple and easy-to-access route that will allow you to discover the diversity of the Fontainebleau Forest, in particular its reliefs carved by erosion. You will have fun often picturesque shapes of some of these rocks evoking animals (elephant, turtle...).
VISIT OF THE VILLAGE OF BARBIZON
We will continue our discovery of Barbizon by visiting its charming alleys.
Its beautiful stone houses, its flowered walls covered with ivy, its artists' workshops and its heady turpentine smell will charm you.
