Pick up and Drop off service at/to your hotel

• For all services with a pick-up and/or drop off at/to your hotel, included or optional, you have to indicate the exact address of your place of residence in Paris when confirming your booking, and, if possible, a mobile number to allow us to organise your transfer.
• Our pick-up and Drop off hotel services are only valid for transfers within Paris itself. An extra cost could be asked for all transfer outside Paris.

Special Gift

• Special Gifts are available for one year from the purchase date.
• As Special Gifts are nominative, please indicate the name(s) of the beneficiaries when confirming your booking.
