Bruges is a city in Belgium located in the Flemish Region. It is classified as a UNESCO World Heritage site. The city of Bruges is called the "Venice of the North" because it has numerous canals that encircle and traverse the city, along which remnants of fortifications and windmills can still be found.
Today, rich in history, Bruges remains a testament to Flemish art through its historic center and has numerous museums and tourist attractions.
During your walking tour, you will be charmed by "the Belfry, the Grand Place, the Basilica of the Holy Blood, the Beguinage, ..." You will also appreciate the city of Bruges through its multiple canals during a boat ride (in English and French), which is replaced in winter by a visit to the Gothic Hall of the Town Hall.

In winter, you'll enjoy the city's tranquility and the gentle scent of the winter breeze, hot chocolate, and waffles.
The center of Bruges is magical all year round, but even more so during Christmas. With thousands of lights, the aroma of waffles and mulled wine, the Christmas atmosphere is at its peak!
There are two Christmas markets in Bruges. The largest one is located on the Grand Place, where numerous wooden chalets immerse you in the timeless magic of this tradition. To make the most of it, we will offer you a glass of champagne and a box of chocolates on this square.
You can then head to the second market, just a hundred meters away, on the Simon Stevin Square. Among the trees adorned with countless decorations, you'll find two rows of stalls offering locally made products and a life-sized nativity scene.
