Practical Information
After checking your bookings, please confirm your order by filling the client account form.
After the payment process, you will receive an email with your order acknowledgement of receipt.
After your order has been processed, within 24H max, you will have to connect to your client account, where you will find all the documents and informations that are necessary to track your booking.
VOUCHERS : France Tourisme will give you access to your client account to get your voucher and print it .
- you will absolutely have to show the documents at our Agency or at your meeting point(s).
- WARNING ! You could not claim any booked services without showing this printed voucher.
TICKETS : No ticket will be sent ! The documents on your client account have to be printed and you will have to show them at our Agency or at your meeting point(s).
CLIENT ACCOUNT : For the optimisation of the booking process please use your client account for any contact with France Tourisme.
GIFT VOUCHERS : Our "Gift vouchers" are nominal. Indicate in the comment field of the Client's account form, the name of the recipient.
HOTEL PICK UP AND DROP OFF : For all bookings including hotel pick up or drop off, indicate the address of your hotel in the Client's account form
AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE : Indicate the flight number, the flight schedules, and the hotel address in the Client's account form.
