In the heart of the old Montmartre, located on the famous "Place du Tertre", the restaurant "La crémaillère 1900" is decorated in 1900's style with beautiful paintings and it holds a charming private garden. You will taste traditional quality French food and enjoy the arty atmosphere of the place to celebrate the New Year's Eve !

RESTAURANT "LA CREMAILLERE 1900"

Located on the "Place du Tertre", in the very heart of Montmartre, our restaurant, will take you out of time. You will taste traditionnal French food in a warm dinning room decorated with furniture from the 19th and old paintings, or in its private garden. At the beginning of the 20th century, the restaurant "la Crémaillère", was a libreray and then a dairy store . In 1926, a new direction arrived. Keeping the exposed beams and panelings, the new direction make the store a new fashionable place mixing Cabaret, Dancing and Restaurant. Consireded as a new place to be in Montmartre, it was a meeting point of many artists : portrait painters, guitar players, singers, chess players, dancers.... Nowadays, the restaurant "la Crémaillère", is one of the most charming cabarets in Montmartre where tableware and entertainment arun together.
