:: WEBSITE OPERATING

• The website aims at assisting the user looking for travelling and tourism services, and at operating appropriate bookings.
• The User can book services on the website only after accepting the present General Sales Conditions
• Booking confirmation is automatically sent to the User by email
• The User get client account following his booking
• Booking confirmation will be sent by email, with a file to download and to print from the client account within 2 days following the booking date

:: PAYMENT AND PURCHASE EVIDENCE :

• Prices on website are in Euros and inclusive of tax.
• Payment operates necessarily when booking, by credit card, by means of secured payment process on website : P@iement CIC
• The User must print by printer the voucher to compulsorily show to the service provider or to our agency to get booked services : the voucher will be user accessible with his client account during confirming booked services

:: CANCELLATION

• More than 48 hours from departure day or day of performance : refund 80% from the total amount.
• Between 24 and 48 hours from departure day or day of performance : refund 60% from the total amount.
• No refund the D-day of departure or performance, and in case of non attendance of customer before the departure or before the performance.
  Warning : no refund for booking for :
  • Special dates : New’s year Eve, Valentine’s day, 14th July ...
  • Any product with sended tickets
  • The tickets for the visit of the Eiffel Tower
  • Any product including a lunch or dinner at the Eiffel Tower
• Any cancellation or change requested by the User will lead to a refund, within the manageable time, of the sum paid by the user including deductions mentioned below.
• TAny partial or total interruption of performances because of customer responsibility, will not lead to refund or compensation

:: TIMETABLE AND PRICE :

Prices are fixed according to present economic conditions and schedule, timetable, programs and trip duration are only provided for guidance and may be changed as needed. Prices include all services mentioned in the descriptive product presentation

:: CHILDREN RATE :

Children rates noted on the website concern children from 3 to 11 years old included, except in case of indications mentioned in the descriptive product presentation. Please consult us for any services for children under 3 years old (price and access information).

:: APPLICABLE LAW :

Sales General Conditions are subject to French Law. Any litigation related to interpretation or execution of Sales General Conditions is a matter for arbitration of Paris Court
